Ce fromage est donc consacr\u00e9 \u00ab meilleur fromage du Qu\u00e9bec \u00bb. \u00c0 elle seule, la Fromagerie du Presbyt\u00e8re de Sainte-\u00c9lizabeth-de-Warwick a remport\u00e9 six troph\u00e9es lors de ce concours.<\/p>\n<p>Le Caseus Argent a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 la Fromagerie Nouvelle France de Racine en Estrie pour son fromage Le Madeleine. Cette fromagerie a rafl\u00e9 cinq troph\u00e9es dans diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories. Finalement, la Fromagerie Bergeron de Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly en Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches a obtenu le Caseus Bronze pour son fromage Louis Cyr. Au total, 182 fromages \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par 40 entreprises et au final, 23 d\u2019entre eux se sont illustr\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rents prix.
